Now just have to start sorting, tossing, giving away and packing!

WOW!!! Now that is a good deal. Makes ya wanna do a happy dance! :D

Yay! You're back on the right track. I was wondering if 4th class book rate still existed...

Barbie

You will have more room if you put the seat back down and have the whole back as one space. We used to have a VW station wagon (how long ago was that???    ) and you would be surprised the difference you can put it by putting the seat back down. With your car top carrier, your front seat and the back you should be able to get those boxes in. Also, sometimes putting stuff in smaller totes/boxes gives you more ways to stack things.

Sounds like your plans are coming together. With those rates, I would ship more. Why fill up the car? Linda

I agree. The heavier stuff can get shipped (ie books), my kitchen stuff, and a lot of my clothes that I don't need right away (lots of that will get brought to the Good Will before I leave).

I will need part of the back seat for the cat cage. My back seats don't lay down all the way flat, so boxes don't sit very well on them when down. I will experiment tho to see how I can make the most of the room in there. I did pretty well doing that when I moved out here. I was amazed at how much I could fit in there when I arranged it well. For a little car, it does hold a lot.
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
