We got back to Fairbanks today after some great boondocking and wildlife sightings!

I posted on the blog but can't get the links to post on here so please use the link in my signature or get them from FB.

LeRoy pointed out today that my blog font and color is not always the same and sometimes very small.....looks fine in preview!

Other than laundry, no definite plans until we leave for the Prudhoe Bay 3-day tour Monday morning.

I don't always comment, but I really do enjoy seeing all the photos you ladies are posting. What a terrific adventure!

Wow, Anita, you've gotten some great wildlife sightings and pics. Will have to take notes on those boondocking sites. Are you taking a tour to Prudhoe Bay?

Yes, Liz, we are taking a tour. We ride up in a van, stay in Coldfoot one night, Deadhorse one night, tour at Prudhoe Bay pipeline, and then fly back to Fairbanks. Looking forward to all but flying in a small plane - I have avoided that all these years! We also signed on for a river float tour in Coldfoot....right now it looks like they do it at 6:30 a.m.!! My biggest wish is to see a polar bear at Prudhoe Bay!!

Great shots, Anita! Your wildlife pics are outstanding. It makes me heartsick to see those beautiful wolf hides, however. I know it's a way of life, but it kills me. Oh well-----

I sure do wish I could be on the roads up there, too. Some day, for sure. thanks for sharing your trip with us all!

Very neat pics and story. Does everybody in the group find gold in their pans?
