Yea for you. Crossing everything possible. I am staying out longer than originally planned. Then I am home to start cleaning out. I have found that I need something bigger, but not a MH. I will be looking for something a couple feet longer, but with a slide. Have learned that I don't need all this stuff I have in this camper. I cook and eat a lot differently than I did when there were two of us. I want to be on the road by fall.

Yeah! Matt called this afternoon and he is bringing me a contract for this place tomorrow. He is buying it for exactly what Chuck said I would probably be able to sell it for. We will work together to make sure it doesn't close before he can sell another piece of land he has so his tax consequences won't be too bad. He said he would give me the money to get my motorhome before closing if we needed to. Told him I wasn't in a huge hurry because I still have to empty the house and get everything ready for the motorhome.

Have told the 2 oldest kids and they are happy for me. They are looking forward to us taking some "girls days out" trips. This is a relief to me. Now I can concentrate on an end goal and have a reason for getting up each morning more than feeding the dogs and chickens.

What great news! You can start serious shopping when you take a break emptying the house. We'll be anxiously awaiting the final decision!

I already know what I want, I think. What I have been looking at is the Thor Challenger 37KT. It has the best floor plan for Mom and me traveling together. The livingroom area can be closed off to make a 2nd bedroom. That will give us each some privacy. Mom will have the livingroom/bedroom in the front and I will have the bedroom in the back. If Mom decides to quit traveling sometime in the future, I still love the floor plan.

Oh, Dawn that is truly wonderful news. Serendipity. And you know pretty much what you want - hopefully you'll be able to get it just the way you want it.

I'm so happy for you.
