Way to go Karen!!! Doing the Happy Dance here for your new find. Hope it turns out to be exactly what you expect/want.
I might even have to work up the courage to get to TX to see it.

Congratulation on your patience and your find. Will you still try to bring a dog along? Sure wish I could plan on making the fall gtg but I won't know how much if any traveling money will be left over after I coast home from the present adventure. :lol:
