I just checked, that app is $5.99. Which still would save a lot with the free parks, but it might not be the one Tina is talking about that Liz uses.

If its an iPad app there aren't many. There is Woodalls, Reserve America and RecGovCamp. But the one I first posted has city park camps listed with a place to click to get all the info; # of sites, amenities, directions and web address if they have one. As well as regular campgrounds; Nat. Parks, overnight, BLM, state/provencial, walmart yes, walmart no, KOAs, COE, military and independent.
Can also ck clearance heights.

Campwhere is the best one ....map shows city & county parks, many of them free, state parks, forest cgs and COE. Ap was not free...$4.99, but I've already got my money's worth. It's great having all those in one place and not having to consult 3 different books or websites to find them.
