Dinner with Wendy

I guess you could call it a mini GTG? As we sure did the two favorite things that are done at GTG's!!

We ate and talked. We ate a lot and talked a lot! We went to a place called Mama's Farm House and it was fantastic. It's not menu or buffet. You sit and they give you a choice between salad or soup, bring 3 different kinds of meat, mashed taters, gravy, stuffing, mac and cheese, green beans, deep fried okra, biscuits, corn bread, butter and peach butter. Then we got to choose between 2 different desserts. I asked about a wheel barrow for assistance to get back out to the parking lot and Wendy's SUV. The waitress offered the use of her cart.

Sorry no pictures and I warned Wendy that we would probably get in trouble and hollered at. But neither one of us had a camera with us. I have got to get around and get an account with Picasa cause I hate Photobucket!

But it was super great to meet Wendy and have dinner with her. She is a awesomely nice person! And she also bought dinner so really, it doesn't get any better than that! :D

Thank you Wendy for an excellent dinner, terrific conversation and even better company!!!

Yeah, I really need to get off my butt and see what I can do with Picasa. I don't have a digital camera just the phone but at least i can hook the new phone up to the laptop and try to download pictures to the laptop that way.

I'm late posting this, but yes we had a great visit and did what we do best, eating and talking and more talking and eating. Kelly didn't feel well and didn't go with us, and we sure needed her to help eat! Anyone in Pigeon Forge, go to Mamas Farmhouse. And it's always amazing how when we meet fellow forum members, it's like instant old friends. I'm so glad Echo got to have a fun night away from work for a while. I enjoyed my stay in town, didnt take the rv this trip and loved being able to get around town. So this is a problem to be worked out for me concerning this whole rving thing!
