Barbie, she is obviously YOUR daughter----- so gorgeous! How super it is that you get to watch her grow up. My daughter was placed in a private adoption in Oregon in 1965, and those records were locked so that neither the adoptees nor the birth mothers could ever see them until Sandra Day O'Connor, as one of her last official duties, unlocked those adoption records. My daughter was able to see my info I had kept in there every year, except for all the heartfelt letters I wrote which were never kept. The official phone numbers and addresses were kept up to date, thank heavens, so when she was 30 years old, she called me! I had been waiting and wondering for all those years. The first time we met face-to-face was a true Oprah moment! My daughter, Mandy, filmed the meeting for us.

Thanks for sharing these latest pics with us----I am so happy for you! (And for her, too, that she can know her blood mom.)

Happy travels!

She is really cute. No denying she's your daughter...(and I'm glad she's not mean, like you...)

She is a real cutie. You are so so lucky to be able to watch her grow.

I am adopted and never had the chance to meet my birth mother. She died at 32 yrs old. My adopted mother had information about her and I was able to get her death certificate. I was concerned about the cause of death. Luckily it was complications from TB, so it doesn't effect my family.
