Kathleen arrived at Ditto Landing Friday afternoon and she got a site directly across from Magic. No photos then but here's a bit of info on the location
Ditto Landing is on the TN River at far south end of Huntsville. It is a city/county park, initially developed as a marina. The campground is small and appears to get a lot of use by locals as it is not advertised much

The part I cut off at bottom of sign says hiking/biking trails (taken from car window with traffic behind me, thus blur)

Small Part of the marina. TN River bridge in background

Another section with small boat launch (there is another launch for big boats)

Part of stream behind marina. Look close and you might see the mother duck and 1/2 dozen babies on far bank. For you kayak folks, think you could use this stream if you don't want to go out in the much larger TN River

Nicky's first night in Magic did not go too well (getting much better now)

Kathleen slept in Sunday morning but she did keep her promise to make waffles for our fresh local strawberries. What a treat.

Can you tell she thought they were good?

The washing crew showed up earlier Sunday morning to give Magic a bath

Guess who else came to visit - Wendy and Pepper

Closest I came to getting a butt shot

Lots of bikers here - all different kinds. Can you see the windshields on these?

Another visitor got lots of attention

His name is Randy, 6 months old and walks on leash better than Nicky

Wendy, Kath and pups relaxing

By Sunday evening the campground was almost empty. Kath and I had leftovers from Fridays dinner for supper

Okay, do I get fed tonight or are you going to forget again?

Then we started a little campfire. It got bigger and brighter and we enjoyed it until about 9:00PM when the bugs ran us off

Kath trying to get Shadow to pose for photo before we left the fire.
