Good Morning Ladies... coffee is hot and I do have some toaster pops if you would like one... I am at Ditto's landing RV park where Sarah has her MH Magic parked! we had a very nice dinner she had made last night... do not let her ever say she cannot cook! I broke up the party early as I was in a lot of pain... took the old vicodin and this morning I am fine... I have been up since 6 not like me but wanted to put my steps out and enjoy the morning...
I trust each of you will have a great day... stop by and let us know what is happening in your little corner of the world...

GOOD MORNING KATHLEEN AND ALL!

So good to see you up bright and early, Kath! Sorry for your pain last night, but happy you made it to spend some time with Sarah and her new home-on-wheels! I love it when people I know and have met get to meet up again on the roads.....I wish more people lived more eastward so I could visit more often when I head back and forth. But this time, I will get to meet Shirley and Irmi and Steve, and perhaps Paulette, and that makes me look forward to the trip.

I had a busy time the past few days, as I decided to go to Goog's place on Thursday on the spur of the moment, to check up on his hernia surgery, bring some things from this house to the trailer, and then bring a bunch of stuff from the trailer back here to leave over the summer. We had the Publix super fried chicken supper I had brought on Thursday night and got caught up on stuff. I also filled my propane tank for the trip home.

Yesterday was scheduled to be another hot day, so I packed up and headed back here. Got all my "stuff" unpacked and stowed in my closet, and then set about to set up my computer. Alas, I had left its charging cord back in St. Cloud! After going to an around-the-corner yard sale, I found a replacement for the bedside table my ribs broke a couple of months ago,...this one is much nicer, for 8 bucks, then packed again to head back to Goog's, as a house without a computer is not a house!

Arriving there I decided it was much too hot to spend the day without swimming in the pool, so said goodbyes again to Goog, gassed up with my WinDixie discount card, and home I came! I swam in the pool to cool off, took the dogs for a walk, picked up Molly's new prescription or Doxycycline in case of her Lyme Disease breaking out (it has been dormant for several years now) on the trip home and back, got caught up on email and bills to pay, I am going to miss this place, but the lure of being able to see Orion and play with him keeps me going and looking to the packing.

I will visit Sea World again before I leave here, swim as often as possible, and walk the dogs. The target date for my closing up the place is probably Thursday, and I will make sure I have everything with me this time around when I close up for the season.

Wish for good weather the next couple of weeks on the east coast as I head northward. Have a happy Saturday all!

Happy travels!

Good morning! birds singing here too! Coffee also hot and its going to be cooler this weekend so that will feel nice. This time last week we were camping in Kerrville and would have loved to stay longer. Still working though.... Now we are looking forward to going to Ruidoso for a week in early July....Meanwhile its pretty nice here on the farm. Had a new calf born while we were gone last weekend. She will be full longhorn like her mother. Fun to see the calves playing. We take our walks together all in the pasture (watching for snakes). I won't walk there alone because I am too leary of the bull although he is friendly and will eat out of your hand. He is just too big plus always comes to check out anyone who is on his side of the fence! So this morning I will take a nice walk down the the road which is still decorated with wildflowers.

Looks like it is going to be a beautiful day. Enjoying the good, hot coffee. Having Toaster Strudel for breakfast if anyone wants some. Laura sent a text a little while ago that she and Tommy had just crossed into Louisiana. They will be home in Phenix City probably around 6 tonight depending on stops along the way. Already miss her and the grandson.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day

I was totally decadent and went for eclairs this morning. It's warm here today and the humidity has kicked in. I think we are headed for summer.

I'm still trying to figure out when my next time out in the Land Dinghy is. I think it's going to be a while. :(

good morning ladies, have done my second cup of coffee already and just maybe I'll go for another but that depends
on how busy I get in the next half hour. Have made a big note to myself to call in the storage payment after 9 and
almost thought about driving out there (41 miles and then some) but I'd have to gas up for that and my cheaper
gas station (Frys grocery) is by my work so guess the gas up isn't happening until Monday when I go back to work.
Its 20 to 30 cents cheaper there depending on my points so I prefer to wait. Other than that, its routine laundry
and grocery day. The Frys by the house here doesn't have fuel pumps and I only go there for necessary refrigerator
items as I don't care for the area of town and the riff raff. It never fails as soon as I step out of my car someone
will approach me begging for spare change. One time I had a guy approach me INSIDE the store hanging onto a
gallon of milk and begging for a few coins to help pay for it, turned him down of course and he went on to beg
from someone else. Later saw him coming out of the liquor corner of the store with a bottle of booze, milk was
no where to be seen.
Time to hang the laundry and get another load together, then by that time I can call in my storage payment for
the rv.
Ya'll have a great day and be safe. Hoping everyone has good weather.

Good morning! I've got the day off and it is beautiful out! Would love to go to the beach or something fun, but need to get caught up on laundry and clean up my bedroom before my big trip later this week. I might go sit out in the sun for a bit tho to get a little more color on my face.

Hope you all have a nice day!
