Biff Houdinai has gone to the Rainbow Bridge

Postby SeeyaGal » Fri Apr 06, 2012 10:42 pm

I just got the ashes back today for Biff, he sadly had to be put to sleep on March 26th from Renal failure,he was 13 1/2
Moochy & Sasha mio could tell he was not feeling well and one day he cried and they came running to make sure he was ok. They would not go near his feeding dish for almost a week and both were being very quiet. Moochy used to sleep snuggled up to Biff and seeing her sleep by herself the first night was sad. I was glad we had Moochy with Sasha Mio, Sasha has seen both Felix and Biff very ill and then not come back home. . I had a gut feeling he was not going to make it to the East coast with us because he was really showing signs of old age. We have decided no more animals ...for awhile after Moochy passes on Moochy will be two in May and Sasha will be ten in June. I hate losing my Fur kids!!!

and as sad as it is for us.....it is a moment of grace to be a witness to the connection that animals have with one another. In their presence of loss and in their attempt to console one another.....

Big hugs to all the 2-footers and 4-footers who will miss good old Biff for a long to come. He had a wonderful life with you all, and you will remember all the fun times he provided for you. Getting one's mind adapted to a loss takes a lot of time and strength, so be sure you get enough rest. So sorry for your loss.

Jenny so sorry for the loss of Biff. Glad that you have the other 2. Losing a furbaby is losing a piece of one's heart.
