We stayed here during our 1st yr. full-timing.....that was over 7 yrs. ago... 
We didn't get a front row site facing the river, port, and jetty, but 2nd row isn't bad either.....It's beautiful today....temps. about 82F, sunny, and a light breeze....have taken a few photos, but will only post 1 right now....

We're so excited....
The beach is only about 1/4 mile away...within walking distance....and we can fish off the jetty....WaHoo....it a seaside/beach fix for us....paradise for 2 weeks....stay tune...
