Warm Tuesday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

GOOD AFTERNOON, ALL!

Wow...so much happening today for many! Kath will be on the move soon, Liz is headed back to FL in her brand new home-on-wheels which I LOVE! Sport will seem like a palatial amount of space compared to what she's been used to! I really love your new rig, Liz----it's about perfect in every aspect from size to its amenities and storage spaces.

Carol is dealing with bank stuff, Irmi and Steve are probably beginning to pack for the homeward trek soon, Echo and Kelly will be headed back to TN and some dolly stuff, Sarah will be healing her very depleted body, hopefully, Wendy will be buying somethings to plant, and others will be doing whatever!

Another beautiful and sunny and warm day here in Central Florida! The pups and I have moved back home here to Orlando for about a week, and then I will head back to the trailer for another several days. Tomorrow I am going to a free lecture put on by the docs at my hospital center where my doc is affiliated on intestinal and gastric upsets and ailments of all sorts, including irritable bowel syndrome. I am hoping to find some answers to many questions I have about what all of a sudden decided to malfuction in my body.

Then, in the afternoon tomorrow, our club is hosting its 30th birthday party, replete with live music (can't wait to see what that is made up of!) goodies, brief business meeting, and dancing and socializing. It's BYOB, which, I am assuming means Bring your own Booze? Or is it Bring Your Own Boy? Or Bring your Own Bit%^? I will ride my bike there so I can walk home, or ride if I still have the coordination to pedal and steer!

Mandy's high school best friend, Nicole, is arriving on Sunday morning with her husband and two great kids to spend the week and do the theme parks. I will stay overnight that first Sunday, then head back to the trailer and give them the house until Thursday, when I will have to come home as Wiley and his bimbo will be arriving at Goog's and Melissa's for a week, and my son has no desire to try to cope with my feelings of whatever disgust and animosity I might have, So back home I will come! Nicky's family are due to fly back on that following Sunday.

This will be a relatively busy week, and I am hoping for some great weather. Today I will plant the marigolds I bought to go around the palm trees, clean the palm fronds off the lawn that blew down in the weekend wind and rainstorm, maybe go fo a bike ride and swim. The dogs seem to be happy to be back, although they always have a ball running free in St. Cloud, chasing balls and whatnot.

Happy Tuesday to all!
Life is about learning to dance in the rain
Happy travels!

It's amazing how important this website becomes to those of us that don't travel in the same areas as many of you do. Guess like many I just worry when I see someone is feeling poorly or having hard times or dealing with bad weather, crowded roads when traveling....all that stuff. So hope Sarah starts feeling better & the docs figure out how to help that happen, glad to hear good reports from others who have family members that were fighting health problems....Felt really horrible when Liz had her accident & then saw how RV friends stepped in & helped her so she had a place to sleep, friends to rely on & all kinds of loving care to help her in her time of need. Makes me feel left out cause I'm just not in the part of the country where I too could be of some use to someone in need. Well, don't want to go further with these thoughts....just needed to get some of them down where I could understand what's going on in my mind...
So, Echo is on her way & like the rest of you, I'm sending good thoughts, positive prayers for a safe trip & hoping they have a great time going back to their home area & jobs that will keep worry away from their door. Then of course there is Liz & her new RV. Was absolutely awed at how terrific it is. Wonderful floor plan & looks like no one ever used it...It looks like a brand new RV inside and out....I couldn't be happier for her....and of course I agree with others that she has a whole bunch more space...I'm thinking she's going to enjoy it and be very happy traveling. Wondering is she was able to save much from her 'Silver Lining' though....especially that oven she loved....well, maybe someone will post & share that info if possible.
Meantime, I hope all of you have a great day doing whatever brings you peace, happiness, contentment & fun....Be safe.

Liz - Sport looks perfect!!!! Really like the layout. So happy for you.

Have a safe trip Echo; you'll be home before you know it.

Have finished up today's medical tests and got another round of IV fluid. Forgot to ask when I might get results. Blood pressure still unusually low so have to go back again tomorrow. A bit of a pain but better than getting stuck somewhere for 23 hour observation.

Beautiful day out, about 80 deg and mind wants to go check on Magic but body wants to go back to bed.

Just a quick note to say congrats to Liz on her new rig. Looks like a beauty.
Also to let those who are unwell, and those traveling, that you are being thought about and prayed over.

Yay Liz! Love the new rig! Now you will have plenty of room for overnight guests and entertaining with that big dinette/couch area and three beds! Hopefully, sometime down the road you will feel ready for another animal companion to share all that space with.

And Yay to Echo and Kelly for finally heading back home today!! I am so happy about that! You two will definately be happier (and healthier) with the new change of scenery and being back with family.

Nothing much new here. Heading off to work soon. It is cool and windy here today but sunny. It is warmer in MN than it is here right now  . Hopefully, soon, I can get my trip back there planned out. Naomi (my daughter) and her (adoptive) parents are on spring break vacation right now, so once they get home, we can figure out a day to get together and then I can buy my plane tickets.

Hope everyone is feeling better soon and has a good, safe, dry week coming up !
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Great new rig Liz! Hope you are feeling better this afternoon Sarah. I know I haven't been a member long, but I already feel excitement for Liz and her new home, warmth at good news and sadness for illness.
Not much happenin at the Yarbrough gate. Laundry today is as strenuous as it gets. DH now starting the charcoal for pork chop dinner and I'm trying to catch up on forums and blogs. Mostly sunny and 78 with a bit of a wind. Hopefully we don't get the drizzle their predicting for the rest of the week.

Have a great evening everyone!

Why don't you try selling yourself? You could maybe get a couple a bucks a night? Maybe?
Or maybe you'd make more money selling your homecooked food on the streets. hahahahahahahahahahaha. Yeah, right.

When I said I wanted to pay "the old one" off, I meant YOU!!! Thought if I gave you enough money, you'd decide to stay in AK.

They usually don't have a lot of vendors in the tent they set up. The tent isn't all that big.

We haven't been in a few years, do they not have the vendors in the Cajun Dome anymore?
