Mitch can stay with me then. We'll have lots of fun - and you all might be sorry ... hahaha.

I have way too much stuff! It is only me, I don't full-time and don't cook much. :D

I have a service of 8 dinner and salad plates, bowls and coffee mugs. 6 large and small plastic tumblers. 3 tumblers with lids. 2 plastic wine glasses. 4-cup Coffee Maker, microwave popcorn maker, rice cooker, microwave rice cooker, crockpot, mixing bowls, collander, small and medium sauce pot, 3 assorted skillets, baking sheet, brownie pan, pizza pan, 12 or so forks, steak knives, spoons, table spoons. Assorted large spoons, laddles, knives, can opener, cork screw, etc. Also, electric skillet, toaster oven, and hot plate. I also bring a propane grill sometimes. A friend just gave me a Dutch oven. :D

Edit to add: assorted plastic containers for left overs.

Carolyn, only us in Louisiana would understand the need for two rice cookers!

A Cajun went across the bridge into Orange, TX. He stopped at Whataburger and ordered a burger. The kid behind the counter asked "All the way?" Not wanting to advertise he was from Louisiana, the Cajun replied, "Nah, hold the rice."

We spent 4 years in Japan so I too have an electric rice cooker in the RV. I haven't used it yet but I will and I have used the crockpot.

Mitch, my color is red, please, not blue. Pull it down just a bit and give it a bill please. The sistahs know that I am a cap/hat wearer. Oh, Vickie, you don't have to pay me any thing. Just tell me how you want me to get the beast to you!!!

some good ideas for me too. I hadn't thought about an icemaker. Think a toaster oven would be a good idea too. Maybe that combo pizza oven thingy... I'll have to look at Walmart.

coffee maker
old type percolator
crock pot
electric fry pan
toaster
hand mixer
ice maker..great investment...love it
10 piece T-Fal cookware set...that only gets used inside...husband is banned from using it outside
set of mixing bowls with lids that also serve as storage and can be used in the microwave
2-4 pc sets of tumblers
4 plates melamine or however you spell it...received them for a wedding present and never did like them.
4 cereal bowls go with the above set...tossed the dinky coffee cups and saucers.
asst insulated mugs...hate lukewarm coffee
silverware
cooking utensils
asst koozies..the collection tends to multiply....visitors always forget them.
insulated pitcher
couple of Rubbermaid liquid containers with screw top lids for water, juices, ice tea
serving tray for carrying things outside
paper plates, towels, napkins
measuring cups and spoons
small air bake cookie sheet
9x13 pan
colander
a small digital timer that has a clamp that I can clip on my pants....because I tend to lose track of time when I'm cooking and camping! Picked it up at the dollar store! Highly recommend it for anyone suffering from CRS. While I'm at this I will warn all of you of the evils of going outside and forgetting about the potatoes you're cooking for potato salad...scorched potatoes really really stink.

DH has his cooking equipment for the grill and campfire in the basement.

Favorite topic :) I cook heart healthy so most fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes, fish, chicken etc. Our rig came with a Dometic side by side fridge with an ice maker-not much different than old lifestyle.

Black and Decker Toaster oven Mounted under cabinet
Fruit Hammock mounted under cabinet by sink
Under cabinet coffe filter holder
Krups coffee grinder ( one of life's simple pleasures)
Percolator
Camco small Dish drainer
Rubbermaid Lazy Susan
1 large Everyday pan- looks like a chicken fryer- great for one pot meals- with loop handles
1 small fry pan/lid
Set of collapsable bowls
1 Fold N Tuk casserole dish ( silicone can be used in oven/microwave/freezer)
Magnets to hold cooking utensils - silicone pancake turner, ladle, slotted spoon, regular spoon, Kitchen aid sieve, colander, silicon oven mit, silicone whisk
wall mounted paper towel rack
Kitchen pro, manual food processor ( how did I ever live without it)
2 drinking glasses, 2 coffee mugs,
Mikasa China- 4 plates, 4 large bowls, 4 small bowls ( just couldn't say goodbye to all the china)
2 paper plate holders ( our usual dinner plate seems to be paper- not very green but quick and easy)
12 inch electric skillet- when at RV park using electric is cheaper than propane for cooking
West Bend slow cooker
Food storage- using plastic square containers recylced from Texamati rice- fit great in overhead cabinets
Microwave popcorn popper
silverware set for 4-
Steak knives
paring knife, chefs knife, funnel ( for decanting liquids into smaller bottles), 2 silicon spoonulas, wine bottle opener, can opener, jar opener ( for weak handed cooks like me)
potholders (2), dishtowels (4),
metal butter dish
Ceramic soap dispenser
Various cooking oils, EVO, sunflower oil, coconut oil
Containers to hold spices ( too many to list- I use the small bottles to store)

That's about it
Have a couple of items parked on a WISH list for future consideration, but want to get some miles logged and see what others are using also. I haven't used the slow cooker much and may get rid of it in favor of a George Foreman Grill or Rocket Grill. I do have a Weber Q grill, but wet cold weather hasn't allowed for much outdoor cooking.
Also looking a microwave pressure cooker - , a thermal cooker ( for slow cooking while boondocking).

I use Sparkpeople recipes - having got rid of all my cookbooks. Use Cozi.com to plan dinners and create grocery lists. As a working mom have used the computer to plan meals for many years - maybe when I retire I won't need to, but old habits die hard :)

More later!
