Great news, Kath. So glad the test was negative for cancer.

I'm so happy for you, Liz on finding your new home. Can't wait for photos tho I know you have more important things to do first. Are you going back to FL?

I had rescheduled a routine doctor appointment when I went to pick up "Magic" last month. The new appointment was yesterday and none too soon since I've been so sick with intestinal bug since last Thursday. Should have known when I couldn't get my morning coffee down it was time to call the paramedics. Once scary thing about living alone and getting sick is sometimes not realizing how serious it might be. I was badly dehydrated, electrolytes out of balance and my normally high blood pressure had dropped to 100/53. No wonder I was dragging. Did some tests at office yesterday, more to be done today. At least after getting IV fluids yesterday and a reasonably good nights sleep, I'm feeling much better this morning.

Good morning !!! My goodness, Sarah, sounds like its been really rough. Only bad thing about those intestinal thingys is its hard to drink water and you can get dehydrated really quick. I always keep 7-up on hand, have found that to be the ONLY thing I can drink. I am always very thirsty and just a sip of water keeps me hanging over the toilet 7-up doesn't, and usually one day, and I'm over it all, with a few crackers to keep the stomache from rumbling. (maybe I should get paid for that ad ) Sure hope you're well on the mend soon. Yes, it really is a scary thing to be so sick and living alone is not good at those times. Take care,

Still gloomy looking outside, rained on Maggie and I, when we were out tending to her morning things Its usually a fight to get her to come back in here. Not if its raining
She is not happy these days, maybe she is picking it up from me. Finally got through all the bank statements we agree and hey, there is a balance

Really not much news worth writing about here, sorting, throwing is what a lot of you are doing, and no real news in that .

Anxious , to hear from Liz, hope she is rested enough to not keep us all waiting to long. Driving anywhere near Houston, has to be trying, in a new rig. So guess we won't rush her. But, oh my goodness, I am soooo excited !!!!!

So sorry to hear just how sick you were/are Sarah. Glad you had that dr. appt and hope all is well with you soon so you can enjoy your Magic.

Today is moving stuff day, so probably won't get back on here until later. Good Morning everyone... this is a busy place this morning...

Oh Sarah do take care of yourself... I see that Carol takes 7 up for the tummy years ago my nurse said water is nauseating and to sip room temp coke was the best... maybe it is the carbonation not sure but helps to have it on hand...

Liz I think Sport is a great rig for you... were you able to salvage your half time oven? I know you sure love that a lot... and you are a cook so it helps to have it...

Iami and Steve will leave on Friday... I will move on Sat... no time to miss people as we are moving on to see friends... wow what would we do without our RV friends!

Carol you reminded me of a song 'Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head' know how it is with a fury creature that would rather not be in the rain!

Shadow broke his lead yesterday morning so had to get him a new one... no complaints as that one I had had for 9 years...

I was glad to find out I was right about not having to file federal taxes if I did not have enough income to pay and also if I had not had tax taken out... talked to a tax man yesterday so that is settled now... I worked in tax collection for over 5 years so thought I would be safe and I am... yipppppie... never want to upset dear old uncle Sam...

Lazy day here as usual... got my water filtered and my trash ready to go to the dumpster so will finish things here and later take a dump run...

It's foggy this morning but at least it's not raining. There was a lot of flooding in the Parishes North of us yesterday. Some places got close to 20 inches of rain.

I have an appointment to bring my motorhome in Thursday because my generator never would start on my trip to Texas. Yesterday afternoon I pulled my motorhome out to wash it and get some of the salt off. Decided to try the generator again and it started right up and ran the air conditioner for and hour with no problem. The dome satellite hasn't worked in 6 to 8 months and it worked too. Now what? Guess I'll try them again today and cancel my appointment if they work.

I really like your new rv Liz. It's the same length as mine but so much more room. I'm sure you are tired of moving your stuff around.

From my office I can see the neighbors 2 horses and 2 mules across the road. The 2 horses are so hateful to the mules. They chase them around but usually at a walk. The mules just get out of their way. I have never seen them try to fight back. I never have handled mules but thought they would be meaner than these are.

Sorry you are sick, Sarah. Hope you get to feeling better. Good thing you had a doctor's appointment.

Love it Liz! That is the floor plan and about about what I almost ordered from Fleetwood right before I found my unit sitting on a lot over in Indianapolis. In the back of my mind I still miss the side bed and over the cab extra bedroom but I also love being only 8ft wide... Now when I finish running the wheels off this one......

If only Herschel was closer. I would send him over to take pictures of your unit for you like he did Maggie's and Carol's.

GOOD MORNING SISTAHS!!!

We are pulling out today! No matter what might come up or what might go down, we are leaving. Well if the truck goes?? No I'm not gonna go there or think about that again. We are leaving. We have been busy.... Got everything out of storage, tho there really wasn't much left to it. Finally chased down the guy for the rim and at 5:15pm when the auto shop was closing, I talked them into taking the old tire off the rim and putting my new one on so it's now bolted to the rear bumper of the 'Bug House'. Need to get a tire cover and put the name on it!!! I'm pretty sure we will be going buggy by time we hit Pigeon Forge. Anyway, yesterday Kelly got the couch unbolted from the floor and we got that out last eve, took the 7 boxes from storage and one smaller tote and laid them out on the floor where the couch sat and we are using them as a platform for Kelly's air mattress. So replaced the wight of the couch with the boxes. Well they're not as heavy as that nasty couch. Got the back of the truck to clean up and load, some paper stuff to take care of, table to clean off and right now Kelly is finishing dishes. Then we just might be able to get out of town! YEAH!! Also the guy is coming to take off the internet thingy from the side of the trailer and we will stop on the way out of town to shut off the utilities and pay the bill. OMG! It's actually happening and todays the day! YEEHAW!

Gonna be M.I.A. for at least a few days. Don't know when we will have internet again. Do plan on spending at least a couple of nights in a campground tho. And hopefully they willl have wifi. Will yak with you all again in a few days or so.

Sarah so glad you got to the Doc's, that low BP scared the poop out of me. Hope you are feeling better and back up to speed soon.

Liz, love the look of the new to you home. And I agree with licking the colors and stuff. And I usually don't go in for browns. But that is nice!

Good morning friends! Echo, you and Kelly travel safely and I will see you sometime this spring as you're going to one of my favorite places. Hopefully you can get over to carolyns gtg for maybe a day at least. Like sarah said, it is warm which I love, but wish the sun would stay out. Don't know what I'll do with the rest of the day. Have an idea to go to Lowes and Home Depot, maybe look at plants. The plants will see me and cringe and hide in the back row! Liz and sarah were at my house last spring and saw how I can grow knockout roses up to the top of the porch. Maybe Ill get some for the side of the house. Anyone can grow knockout roses! Everyone have a safe and fun day, so much going on with Liz moving into new house Echo and kelly going home, etc. Kathleen and irmi and Steve soon on the move. Wendy
