That sounds pretty exciting! I would love to restore a vintage RV someday, also. I will be anxiously awaiting photos :D Good luck with the garage deal!

It's not me but seems like alot of fun!

OK, now ya got me lost looking at the pics of the trailers!!!

I remember reading about a woman's trailer group a long time ago. I don't know if this is the same one or not??? But I always remembered reading about them as one of the women said that on a recent trip she was the most popular one as her trailer was the ONLY one with a bathroom!

I've also gotten lost within the website of tin can tourists. They too have some awesome looking vintage trailers.

My vintage RV back home, a Glenelle from the 1970s, has been waiting for me to do some restoration for quite a few years now. Perhaps your tackling yours, along with instructions and pics of what to do first, second, etc. will give me the gall to actually tackle mine! I will await pics with great interest!

Got everything crossed for ya Vickie!! Wow, that's a pretty big place, lots of room to stretch out and you won't have to pick up your tools everytime you decide to take a break for a day or two!

Okay girls, here's an update, not as excited but......

I was going to check out the warehouse today but on Sat. I received a message from the guy going in on this with me.
Yep, he's backing out :( I his defense tho, there are several medical issues and I'm glad it came up BEFORE we got into a year long lease. Today I found a storage place close to the house that has units large enough for both of my babies!
It is certainly not big at 12.5' x 45', but it is a secured storage facility and a secured unit. There is another one that is 15' x 40', which would give me move room on the sides, but I'll have to wait until it is vacant.
This will do for the time being, at least the girls will be dry and I can work on them when I have the time. It's not what I was hoping for but it is what is supposed to be for now. The man running the place will clean today, so I can move in as soon as my back allows.
Not a Snoopy happy dance, maybe just Woodstock
I'm not lost, I'm on an adventure!

Well, not exactly what you wanted, but maybe it'll work for you until you find something better. Like you said, better now than after you signed the lease...you might have had to go out and get a job (shudder!) or something to pay for it. And nothing wrong with Woodstock....love that music!
