Anyone have any experience with this "Natural Mosquito repellant"? I just heard about it over on rv.net.

I've never heard of it, but just looked at the website. Seems the effectiveness would depend on the wind, since you put a small pile of it on foil or pie plate, light it and let it smolder. Don't you still have that little green mosquito repellant that we discussed on here before (can't remember the name of it and mine is out in the rv). It's not "natural", but you wouldn't have to worry about the wind blowing the powder all over either.

The guy on rv.net said he lights a small pile inside his trailer just before going in for the night.

What green repellant? Do you mean those green mosquito coils?
Or that battery operated thing?

I was talking about the battery operated thing.

I didn't know you wanted it for inside, I was thinking about if you were sitting outside, sorry. 8-)
(I guess I didn't think your little Mobile Marlin was big enough for a mosquito. :o  )

Buhach sounds like just that---you light it and then hack your lungs up while praying the mosquitoes are dying, too! ACK ACK to Buhach!!

Why not just use some nice smelling body repellent and be done with it, is my thought from a person who lives amidst Adirondack mosquitoes that are as big as dive-bombers and as plentiful and thick as gnats on a hot summer night. I smell the choices, choose the least obnoxious one, and the least oily type, apply it to all exposed skin, and venture out into the swarms. I rarely, if ever, get any bites, and can sit out around a campfire until daylight.
Life is about learning to dance in the rain
Happy travels!

You might try some Skin so Soft Oil by Avon. It comes in a spray bottle and is reported to be a very effective repellent and can be used on pets also. Smells nice and is priced reasonably. If you don't know an Avon rep, feel free to visit my web site or Avon.com. You can have it shipped directly to you for small fee or choose a rep near you and save the shipping cost.

I'm still mad at Avon for discontinuing the Skin So Soft in the solid stick form. It was like a solid deodorant dispenser....loved it and it was great as a mosquito repellent.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

That stick was before my time as rep, but the spray still works great. Sold 3 giant bottles I had purchased for holiday baskets and not sold to a new customer to use at their camper.
