Geocaching trio at Silver River. Nan, me, and Alice our fearless leader. With her help, we are about half-way through the 7-stage cache.

Carolinagal is here too at this little gtg, but no picture of the 4 of us.

Sounds like fun. Did Alice bring her waterbike? You all look like you are dressed for cool weather.

Shuttlebike is being reserved for the January gtg... I still need a little healing time. Plus... Liz's gps says she is in England. We have some navigational issues to deal with.

I have decided that the camera angle up our noses isn't the most complimentary. hahahahahahha

Tomorrow, I'm going to the local cross stitch shop. Liz told me about a geocache in the same parking lot as the shop so I may try to find it while there. Fortunately, my gps doesn't have me in England.. even though I have always wanted to visit.

I'll be leaving here Wednesday morning but the other ladies will be staying longer. I would like to add.. since being at this park, I have done with out hot water, then without all water, then without electric. I picked the wrong darn week to bring my camper van (as seen in pic) instead of rv.

The mosquitoes are brutal. But Liz has this hand held electric swatter zapper thing that is rather cool.. as long as you aren't in her line of fire. *zaaappppp*

 at first glance I thought Liz and Nan were 'packin heat' as their shirts are hiked up on the side.
My iPad can easily make all pics larger so I looked more closely. Ok, you're good!

Oh, that looks/sounds like fun. Can't wait till the FL gtg, maybe we can have a lesson in geo-caching. You up to it, Alice? To teach us that is. Stay warm tonight. The cold is coming for a couple of days and then back to warm days.

At the January Florida GTG I will want and -need- extra help. The geocaches there have terrain ratings beyond what I think I can handle. My plan is to point and send the troops in. :)

Nan and I completed the multi-cache. Much fun after I got the hang of it. One more in the park on the river is only accessible by kayak/canoe. Will save that for next trip.

Good to see you ladies. Have you hooked Carol on geocacheing yet? She has been very quite lately.

At least my r.v. is in that pix of those geo ladies, I went to Fl. and got sick !!!!! So not up to doing all that walking. Sarah, not quiet intentionally, have computer with me, but need wifi to be on it. Have to fix that situation soon. Now just enjoying the wonderful Fl weather. Long walks in short sleeves and where I have been so far is beautiful, Maggie and I, are having a blast, below freezing when we left home, she'd run out and go and run right back in, I do not have a stupid little buddy here , now we are out for hours and going back to r.v. is too soon for her  :D

I did finally get to feeling much better and enjoyed the company of the ladies there. I hadn't seen the pic before, so was really surprised to see my r.v. at least got into it. Alice and I, were right across from each other.

GTG's are always great, the number of ladies there doesn't matter, I always enjoy tham.
CArol :)
