Monday Day #8 at KS gtg - this is the last one!
Posted: Wed Sep 24, 2014 9:20 amWe said our good byes to many Monday morning but six of us could bare to leave so we squeezed in an extra day of visiting and enjoying this beautiful park.
In the evening we gathered for one last meal together
Catherine roasting hot dogs
Claudia joined to hot dog cooking over our fire as did karen and Lynn
For those who have family and friends who think you are crazy to drive half way across the country to meet strange ladies who might be ax murders, we do try to screen for such. This time we only found one ax and it was Claudia's.
One last sunset at Canning Creek
And last sunrise and good byes

I was so enjoying all the happy faces. Great job Sarah and a beautiful navigator. Tell him to check the map for Southern Illinois! I doesn't feel like we are strangers when we meet, some of us have been on the same forums for almost 10 years! All of you on the road have a safe journey where ever the road may take you.
