Sandi - thank you for posting the photos with names.

Barbie: Cannot remember if I got photo of food tonight before the wind started blowing everything away - we had food, plates, wine glasses and chairs sailing in the wind. Believe more wine was spilled than consumed tonight.

That is a tragedy! The wine should be the first thing to rescue in a storm! I know Mitch would agree!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

After meeting all of you in Kansas I only have 4 words for you--

WHEN'S THE NEXT ONE!!!!!!!!!

Yahoo! I had a blast even though I didn't get to stay very long. You all made us feel so welcome! Catherine-20 thumbs up on the CG! Loved it. And even though my gps lied it's butt off about how long it should take, I'd come back again in a heartbeat to meet up with you ladies.
Any day spent in the company of my animals is a good day.

So glad you enjoyed it! I was sorry to see you go and sorry I didn't get to spend much time with you. Hope you enjoyed Branson and see you at the next GTG! Travel safe!

Hi Everybody, Peggy is back in CT... Thank you Catherine for a wonderful gtg. All your hard work was greatly appreciated. Happy to hear that Kathy and her friend Carrie enjoyed their first gtg and want to do it again.
Sharon, thank you for sharing your home on wheels with me. I appreciate your kindness. Have you looked under the chair yet? You may find Grassland, the slow going book. Don't bother trying to get it back to me. Maybe Tina would like it....
Carolb did a yeoman's job driving out and back and we are still friends after that long drive together. Thanks Carol.
Finally, we got to meet up with the Other Sharon in PA. She is one of us for sure. If anybody is in her area, be sure to let her know. She has a wonderful Victorian house and garden and makes you feel so welcomed. Thank you O'Sharon.
I wish we could have gtgs all the time. It is so much fun to be together. Enjoy today. Peggy

So glad to hear that folks are getting back to or over to their next destinations safely. I still have pictures to post now that I have internet back.....but :? I can't find my camera since the GTG.....I remember having it out with the kayaks and it getting carried back up to the campsite but then there is a blank.....duh. My motto is be patient and things usually turn up.....or they don't....

FINALLY! Getting here to share my THANKS & thoughts for the most wonderful GTG! Sorry for the delay--my cold subsided after a few days, but the dang cough won't go away & just zaps my energy (10 days now, so I think I'll call dr today)....

SUCH A GREAT GROUP OF LADIES! :) :D :P Catherine, over-the-top in getting it all together, the thrill of seeing "old" friends, & the joy of meeting new ones! And of course, the opportunity to find the same on the trip--stopping to see "old" friend Kathleen, & meeting new one O'Sharon! And then, THANKS Peggy, for your spontaneous & adventurous spirit that got us there!

IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN ALL THAT!!!!! :P :P :P :P :P :P

I have to say I sort of fell in love with Eastern Kansas. Was impressed with all the neat, well maintained little towns that I drove through. Seems like most of the small towns on the backroads in Texas are sort of sad and dead or dying looking. I think this should be an annual affair - its kinda midway for most of us and so pretty.

And Catherine did a spectacular job of getting us all there.
