FL GTG, January 2011

I know that I keep thinking of work this coming spring and know that it comes when heading out would be so tempting But $$ for two months sure would help pay for gas the other months....

My job only interferes with my fun Monday 7 Am through Friday at 4 PM. The rest of the time it doesn't bother me at all. Carolyn if nothing else you can try out my couch.

Sunshine, as you are working at Disney, where are you located? My house down there is in Williamsburg, about 5 minutes from Sea World, and my son's place, where my trailer will be parked, is in St. Cloud----both must be close to you? It would be fun to visit now and then!

Well, I have no clue where I'll be in Jan - but my credit card says I'm coming to the gtg - reserved site 59 coming in the 23rd and leaving the 30th. Worst that can happen, I cxl or change. But I'm going to plan to be there! Just cuz FL had a bad winter LAST winter - I'm going to bet on it having a good winter this year! Of course, whenever a group of us gtg, it's all good!

That's great, Beth. So glad your credit card knows what you want to do, lol. I'm all for a mild winter here, but with the company we'll be keeping, we can't help but have a good time, whatever the weather. The map in the first post has been updated.

Okay Liz, I'm coming and bringing a friend, Nancy Rausch. We have reserved site #44 for 5 nights January 23 - 28, 2011. Now I have to screw up my courage to get into my Roadtrek and drive south.

If I haven't missed anybody, that makes 10 of us in reserved sites, Sarah staying at my house and/or a cabin, Barbzee & Carolyn (Sunshine) visiting for at least a day, and maybe Marslet still to reserve. Total so far: 14!

Going to be a good one. Soon I'll put a possible/jello itinerary in the beginning post.
