Red, don't ever get caught in what they call a contra flow where they change both lanes of an interstate to go the same way for an evacuation. You will make about 20 miles per hour with all the vehicles over heating, breaking down and running out of gas. Once you get in it they block all the exits and you can't get off. I managed to get in one going North thinking I could exit after 20 miles to go West to my Sister's. Wrong! I ended up in Alexandria with all the people in the contra flow. Good thing I didn't stay in Alexandria because that city flooded from all the rain.
