I am completely confused. I thought also that i was attending this group's GTG. Who is this other group and how did it get to be a joint event?

Also, was something posted with details about this agenda that has been planned? I had no idea that there were already a bunch of events planned since I had not been informed. I am guessing that something was sent out to the other group but not those few of us that do not belong?

I am still planning on coming, but am just getting very wary of being involved in something that might turn out to be unpleasant. Could someone please post some details about events and whether both groups are invited to all events?? It seems a lot of conversations have taken place in the background, which concerns me since I was looking forward to this.

Frankly, I am not a big event attender to begin with, especially since I will have to spend some time working online while I am there. Will this upset people?

Looks like I won't be able to make it to the GTG after all. I got my Q4 contracts over the weekend, and unfortunately I'll be working while y'all are partying. Hopefully next year...

Judy, just have a good time with who you can, as you can. Some will want to be part of all activities planned (and I'm sure the itinerary will be given as people arrive) and others will simply want to relax and enjoy each others company as they can. I, also, have to work some while at any gtg's - so disappear - sometimes more than others. No matter which group anyone belongs to - all have common interests - and there's no reason a good time shouldn't be had by all.

You will have a lot of fun with a bunch of friendly RVing ladies. Agenda will be sent to those on Women RV forum in the next week. It is just some planning ideas to give those ladies who don't full-time a better idea of what they might need to bring, things may change if the group wants to do diffent things or the weather affects us. You can attend as much or as little as you would like and everyone is very friendly.

I am so ready to go somewhere. My sister is taking the whole week off so we might start wandering that way on the 27th. Might go up to the lake that weekend and start for Texas on Monday. Will have to see what the weather is like. Our jello plans are not very set.

Does everyone like seafood like shrimp, clams, bay scallops and crab meat? I made a seafood chowder tonight and am thinking it would be a great potluck dish. It was really good I thought. I am thinking of what to fix for the potlucks.

Is there a reason the "agenda" is not a Forum thing - only "private" ?

My favorite. And since my DH won't eat seafood of any kind, I seldom get a chance to have it any more. I'll be the first one in line at your MH with my bowl and spoon. Maybe I can make bread to go with?? I'm not a very good cook. With all the school, church and kid's sporting events and pot lucks I always volunteered to bring the paper plates, cups and plastic utensils.
