AR GTG 2011

Let's get together!

Fear not. The space could be as large as a foot ball field but since its a back in space, my efforts to park will be a potential youtube sensation. Once I map out my route and possible arrival time, early bird tickets will go on sale.

The day I leave here, will be straight from the infusion center where I get my monthly infusions for RA. Can't wait for the other patients to see my latest toy in the parking lot. They thought me bicycling to infusions was something.. hahaha. Wait til they get a load of that rv in the parking lot.

To the beat of a different drummer I march on.

No Alice, if I go MY back-in efforts will be more humourous than yours! I have lines painted in my driveway, but still have my son do it!

Yeah, what's this IF bull puckey???? Wendy, you're never gonna get comfy driving your coach with it sitting in the driveway or at the lake! C'mon down and enjoy the fun!

I am seriously looking at www.shuttlebike.com and think it would make a great addition to the campground activities. :)

Question for all those attending, thinking of attending, etc.

Pete is a member of ORS (Open Road Singles) and has attended gtg's of -both- forums in the past (with invite of course to the Womens gtg).

I have no idea if Pete is interested in attending this get together but if he is, would any one object to an invitation being extended? No offense will be taken so please state objections if there are any.

Just tossing the idea out there.

I have no problems with it - but only if anyone from ORS is invited. Don't know who else would attend, but should make it open to all if going that route.

Yeah, I feel the same way, it's all good people over there, too, and like us, just in it for fellowship, camping and good times. All of the ladies there are already members of our forum anyway, except for Carol, and we need to recruit her, altho doubt if she would travel all the way down...she's still a worker bee.

I feel the same way and didn't mean it to sound the way it did when I posted it. I realized AFTER the post, my wording was extremely poor and exclusive. Pete was just the only one I knew that might be slightly interested.

Sooooooooo... is this thing open to ORS members? :)

I like the idea but don't want to offend anyone.

Not to worry, Alice, I didn't think of that either. Most of the folks at Soo's GTG are members anyway except for Carol. And Pete's been to a couple of our GTG's, so he's almost a member anyway. If none of you have an objection, they are welcome, too. If you do have an objection, PM me and let me know in the next few days and we'll drop the whole thing.
