You must have been lucky 'cause I tried it and it didn't work. Thank goodness for the preview function here!

I said I'd bring cheese, but if you've got it, I'll bring the sour cream and some onions. Now all we need is the shredded lettuce. Anybody want that job??? Jenny usually brings it, but I haven't heard from her. Sandi's bringing the beans, altho the chili Sheila makes has beans, so haven't figured out why we need them unless someone is a vegan. I've also got honey which is my favorite way to eat fry bread.

There's never too many beans. :-) Good thing we have our own homes, eh?

And I'm sure we can use them at other meals if any are left over.

I've been looking forward to Sheilas Navajo tacos for what seems like years and heard now.

Wish you could be here too! Miles and miles of places for puppy walks. But then I've been wanting to do the Fla GTG for a long time! Seems like it's been years since I've seen you....

Good morning All. I'll do lettuce, if it hasn't all frozen by the 19th.
Sheila and I are going to make a special pie this afternoon. Maybe we'll make another for the gtg. :)

I guess I should toss in that I don't eat red meat, but I'd still like a scone! :)

OK, so you're the one! :D That's what the beans are for, just add cheese, lettuce, onions and sour cream if you like. Lot's of folks eat just beans on their fry bread. At the pow wow's we used to make the beans and meat separate for that reason. Might need a little salsa, tho.

I love refried beans ... will eat them on the side. So am glad they'll be there. I had them on my list of bringing till I heard someone else was.

Yikes,
I haven't been online too much lately and just now read the updates on who's bringing what to the GTG. I will bring whatever is still needed. I will surely bring a desert of some kind and some soda. So, if anyone knows what else I should bring please let me know.

Hi all,
Was hoping to get to the get together but my plans have changed. I was supposed to be travelling with a male companion but listened to my intuition and decided not to go with him. Now getting my little Mazda MPV van tuned up and planning on coming down with my canine companion Brody. Probably won't get there til the end of January so hope some of you might still be around.
I'll be leaving BC and travelling down the I5 and have room for one other person if you know of anyone who might like a ride. Maybe there is somewhere else on this forum that I could post that. Just spent half an hour trying unsuccessfully to upload a photo but all that happened was I lost my original message. Hope it doesn't come out duplicate with my entire photo album somewhere....LOL
