While camping in Georgia, I was told by a ranger that the way they capture a rogue gator is to use a tape recording of a barking dog. Nothing atttracts them faster as they loooooooooove dog.

So does that mean you're safe as long as you don't bark ??????????

Probably already had my last swim in Deer Point Lake as we head out tomorrow afternoon. My daughter-in-law said she heard that if you go out at night you can see yellow eyes in the lake but I bet they are over in parts of the lake that have foliage in the water. Some of the people you can see in the distance have let it grow around their docks. The swimming beach is clear both of foliage and the water is crystal clear. Also wouldn't swim if there weren't a number of others using it. Same with the bay area in Lynn Haven. Have fun on the bike, you will have to venture out of the pool with it eventually. Can't wait to see pictures.

Colleen, think about joining the gang at the upcoming Arkansas GTG. We will be camping on the lake and I hope to be Shuttle Bike ready by then.
