Lynn stopped by and had some honeydew.

Then Catherine joined us.

Shortly after Cathy and Carrie came bring bacon cookies.

Catherine, Karen, and Claudia all stopped for a visit.

Someone noticed the wind wasn't too bad and Tina recruited another new kayaker, Catherine

And they are off

Our day was mostly site hopping and visiting. We were expecting rain Saturday night but not a storm. Some of us had planned to attend a flute concert and play by the Kew Indians that night but a storm cancelled that plan.
We got dinner set up around 5:00

About 5:30 the sky turned black and a sudden violent wind came up. We had food, wine glassed, plates, chairs flying. Grabbed everything we could before scattering back to our rigs. You've probably never seen so many little old ladies move so quickly.
The storm lasted about 1.5 hours (neighbor later told me we were hit with 45 mph straight line winds). By 10:00 the stars were brightly shinning again.
