Any suggestions for pacific nw Rv parks

Postby firefly » Tue Mar 25, 2014 11:22 pm

I love spending time near the ocean during the summer and fall. Previously spent time near Bandon, Or and I am hoping to find full hook up site near water along the north or coast If anyone has had good experiences please share. I travel with Daisy, my bichon so Dog friendly is a must.
My rig is a 1994 35' class A and I really like creature comforts (I.e. Full hook ups).
thanks for your ideas

have to look it up, but there is an awesome Oregon state park next to the water. you can't see the water from the sites, but they are nice sites, trails around and access to the beach. Further north in Oregon, there are other state parks on the water.

You can't go wrong with the Oregon State Parks and they are dog friendly.

If you don't mind the cost ( $52 a night for ocean front site ) Sea & Sand RV Park at Depoe Bay is a great choice. You are literally steps from the beach on terraced sites, most with fabulous views. Full hook-ups, cleanest bathrooms/showers/laundry I have ever seen and a nice well-stocked store. http://seaandsandrvpark.com/

Good Luck!

Humbug Mountain State Park - beautiful beach and pretty park.
South Beach State Park - another beautiful beach and park.
The Oregon coast os amazing, and I love that dogs run free on the beach.
