Recommendations for campgrounds near Branson

Hi all! I hope some of you can help with a good recommendation for a nice cg near Branson. My best friend and I will be heading down there next fall for a week vacation. Here's what our plans are: parking the TC at the campground and renting a small car to get to and from the sites/activities around Branson. I have a brochure from the chamber of commerce but would appreciate some info from folks who have been there as to what you thought were the best places to camp and why. Thanks a bunch!

One of our members is onsite managers at a campground in Branson. She doesn't post very often on the forum and I really don't know anything about the campground or how it compares to the others in the area, but you could take a look at it.

I can't think of the band off hand, but have always stayed at the passport America oak there. It's nothing fancy, but the price is right and I was happy with it and the managers were wonderful.
