Can't view some pictures

I get this message on some of the pictures posted. In the pet section I can see travelinana's new dog but not Zoe and some of the others. Also get the message in other sections. Any ideas how I can fix this?
'You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.'

That happens to me occasionally (can't view the pictures, or the avatars). I just either close down my browser or reboot the computer. That hasn't failed to work. Uh, maybe 6 times?
The picture of Zoe, for me, is inline with the post...

Do you use a MAC? I have been getting that allot on my iPad.

Yes, I do have a Mac Lenora. I did reboot like Mitch suggested and then the picture of Missy came up after that so I don't know....
