is anyone having issues posting?

ok, I've tried to post a recipe 4 times in the recipe section and it keeps
bouncing back with some kind of error. Is it me? I may bounce around
alot from time to time, I'm sure, but thought you all would really enjoy
my recipe.
I think somethings wrong in the recipe section
I get this message.....
General Error

Incorrect string value: '\xE2\x80\x8E8 s...' for column 'post_text' at row 1 [1366]

I think something was wrong with the text I was trying to copy and paste so I just
retyped it, so nevermind.

Sometimes if you type and paste from Word you'll get errors - as it has stuff in it that you can't see. I used to tell everyone to take everything they had in word, and paste it into notepad, then recopy it from there to paste into a forum. That will get rid of the "junk".

Hope that's all it was. And wonder, BJ emailed me about a problem she had - hmmmm

it was in Word, under rich text, I'll have to remember that and just use the ordinary text document. Thank you for that explanation, it was totally driving me nuts.
