Cable TV hookup

This past week was the first time I used the cable hookup for TV. Took me a minute of opening doors on the side of the rig to find the place, then got it hooked to the park's end. The problem then was I couldn't close the door on my rig as the cable connection stuck too far out to allow the door to close all the way. I really didn't want to leave it flapping in the wind but the only choice was no TV, and I do love my TV. :D
Are there special cords for cable just for RVs?

..

There's no connection somewhere on the outside of your rig, like this?

If you have to go through a window or door, try one of these...flat as a pancake.

Ok, perhaps I didn't explain myself very well..... ;)
On my rig, when I connect the electric, water etc to the side of the rig, I can reclose and lock the door back up as there are slots at the bottom of the doors for the hoses/cords to stick thru. BUT the door to the cable won't close back up as the connection sticks too far out.
Is that any clearer...? :x :P
I do believe your last picture is what I need!! Pancake is good! Where do I get one?

My motorhome is like that and I just leave the door open. I never have heard the wind blowing it. I bought an L looking cable connection at an RV show but have never tried it. You screw the cable to one side and you can just push the other side on the connection. i don't know if it would be short enough to let the door close. I don't even remember what I did with it.
