My X and I picked up my MH this afternoon and she drives like a top now!! I'm one happy camper. It's a bit stiff feeling but I got everything done imaginable as to make sure EVERYTHING was in top shape;
Replaced all 4 shocks with really good ones,Lifetime warranty. The guy recommended the ones he uses on own his MH.
Safe T Plus W/mount kit (front and rear sway bar).
Replaced missing camber shims on front left wheel.
Replaced spare tire wheel, mounted and balanced.
Installed rear valve stem extenders/all 4 tires. Super easy now to check tire pressure on my dual tires.
Aligned all wheels.
Cost allot more than when we first started out, but then I got allot more done.

That's great. Now you can have "no worry" driving and get on the road. Looking forward to your adventures and pics. carold

Lenora,
Great news - and so much better to have gotten it all done and know that it's right. You'll feel much safer on your trips now. Glad you found someone who knew what to do. And great that your x is such a help.

CONGRATULATIONS Lenora! There's nothing like feeling safe on the road----it's worth every cent you can throw at a vehicle to make it safe and sound and comfortable to drive! Happy travels!

My MH has been in the storage for 3 wks already since getting all the steering stuff fixed (battery issue, too). Today I thought I'd go out and see if everything was still charged and working. Stopped and bought a sandwich first. Little Missy fired right up. I then switched on the electric to use the house batteries and turned on some lights so I could see to eat my lunch. It's kinda dark backed into the storage slot. I bought a couple decorative hooks to screw into the side of the shelf so I can run a rod across the front and hang a privacy curtain between the cab and cabin. I couldn't find exactly what I had in mind but this will do until I see something different. I'll post pics when I get that accomplished.

I'm surprised you were able to eat your sandwich with that big grin on your face! :lol: I know how much you like being able to go visit.

Vickie, after bowling league finishes up this week and after a few other commitments next week, I'll have the time during the week to take her out! :D I'd rather go then instead of on weekends. Less people... :P
