Battery and generator question

When I winterize my MH and if I were to remove the house battery, would I be able to run my generator?

That depends on the connections on your rig. You might be able to start it by starting your engine or by plugging into electric first. It needs some type of energy source to start it. And all rigs aren't the same. Mine would start off my engine battery in that case and I think when plugged into electric. Some rigs say not to start the generator when plugged in, though - mine is okay, switches automatically to the generator if I start it. It wouldn't hurt you to try the engine battery - can try that by doing the battery disconnect on the coach battery and see if it works.
