Dumb TV question

Since I have not yet been able to get my TV to work, I want to be sure I have the necessary cable if a CG offers cable. Is it a coax cable that I need? How long? Of course, I expect that one of you smart women at LIW GTG will show me how to make the TV work on the antenna.

Yes, we will figure your tv out for you And, yes, a regular tv cable. Mine is way longer than I've ever needed, but if you get too short, you won't get hooked up when they put the cable in strange places

I think my tv cable is either 20 or 25 foot, what ever Walmart sells. Most of the time it is too long but I have seen places where I needed that much. I have had to learn more about making a tv work than I ever wanted to know. I have a satellite dome and all kinds of cables and switches. It takes some doing to get the right combination of what to turn on and off.
