Late posting - so glad that your service contract paid for itself here - and that you're getting a new water heater. Did you use the service people I used in Port A? If so, tell them I say hi - remind them that they replaced my fridge and my microwave - as well as sundry other things - they should remember that :)

Hope you are having a good time in Port A. I love it there, as you know.

Yes, I did use Keckner's. You might not love Port A right now it is rainy and chilly almost every day. I'm hoping to see the sun a few days before I leave on the 18th :)

Kelpie, Were you able to get a propane/gas replacement? Or was it just propane? Wondered if you could make the change.

It's propane only with electronic ignition. I'm very happy with it so no reason to change.
