Meet Rascal! We got him in November from our neighbor. He had shown up at his house and they couldn't keep him. I had him scanned for a chip, but couldn't find his owner. In Feburary a lady calls saying she is his owner and wanted to come and get him. Well, she knew enough that we belived her and we let him go. An hour later she calls back saying she can't keep him (she was living with family). So I made her sign a paper stating he was ours. He really is a Rascal!!!!
