Alas, Chance, the Mighty, had fought a good fight for life, but the poor little guy just couldn't hang in there...



My sister e-mailed me this evening to say that he had pass on.....
Everyone is sad and had hope that he would rally, but it wasn't to be....
I feel so bad for Barb & Mac cause they have so wanted puppies from Ruby.....
Just wanted to let you all know....

BTW....what a good name they gave him, don't you think??

Oh Lori..... My heart just breaks for them and the pup! Dang it. Now I'm in tears....

I am so sorry for them. I know the heartbreak of losing one. But Chance, the Mighty is running and riping on those hills beside the Rainbow Bridge. How happy he must be.

Oh, that's terrible! First a happy surprise, and then to be taken so quickly. Chance was indeed a great name for that pup, and we were all warmed in heart to read his story. So sorry.

I was so glad to see his picture in the other thread, and so hopeful for the little guy. Now I'm sitting here crying - I guess his life wasn't meant to be long, but Chance got a chance to bring some love into your family - and even though his time was brief, he'll be a happy puppy at Rainbow Bridge.

I'm heartbroken too to hear of this, but God had other plans for Chance.

Oh, darn! Such a little sweetie ... it's so hard to lose one so little.
