formerly Lasagna

Postby BarbaraRose » Thu Jul 21, 2022 8:53 pm

Here is my new kitty (yet unnamed). He is about 2 years old, medium haired (with a long fluffy tail! ), only weighs about 6 pounds, sweet as can be but a little skittish yet.

I have his bed in a box to keep it more stable on my bed.

Image

Here he is "making biscuits" on the side of the bed!

Looking out with his tail hanging out.

Image

He just noticed the fish!

Image

He just came out to explore the bed and get some loving :D

Here is my list of possible names:
O'Malley
Oliver
Samson
Jasper
Oscar
Quincy
Romeo(w)
...(and my manager wanted me to consider this one...)
Weasley
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Oh he is super cute. Seems to like his little house bed. He will get more comfy each day once he learns no danger. He will also get used to your mirrored closet doors. I agree Lasagna is a really dumb name. He just looks like a real sweety.

He’s so cute Barbie and has beautiful eyes. I’m so happy for you both. Yes, it’s your choice, but I vote for “Oliver”, “Olly” for short. It’ll take very little time for him to settle in. Have fun!

He sure is a cutie!! I like Oliver, Olly. It's not on your list but I think he looks like a Sweetie Petey, Petey for short. So happy you found each other.

He's really sweet. I like O'malley, he kind of looks Scottish or Irish.

What a pretty kitty, I like the name Oliver but the right name will pop in your mind when you least expect.

LOL. Not that it matters - at all - but he looks like an "Oliver" to me also. ;)

I wish for you both abundant and happy years together.

Give him a lot of time, as I know you will - I think it takes an adult cat (especially of an unknown past) a bit more time to adjust and feel comfortable, than it does for a kitten.
