I hope the photo shows up
After Maggie's passing my home was so empty and quiet for almost 2 months, I had not been "dogless" since my early 20s. Knew I had to find another one. Sons grandmother in law dog had puppies. I wasn't looking for a puppy but I blurted out I want one to son and so it happened. Totally mutt of various breeds, chi and terrier with a little shitzu in there, I brought him home he was only a pound of white fluff. Now at 8 months he is 4lbs 9oz. He is the funniest little guy, and so quiet. He barked a couple times, it's a tiny bark but mostly does a whimper to get your attention.
He's high maintenance, requires trips to the groomers to keep him looking dandy. He's a good puppy and seems pretty smart. He loves to bring the ball and have you throw it.

Oh my gosh he's adorable. I think I made it about 2 months after losing Peaches and getting Ty. A friend was so glad I got Ty because she said I was worse than a life long smoker quitting cold turkey. I know I was a wreck and am sure you were when you lost Maggie. I'm glad you've got this little bundle of fur now.

What a cute pup! So fluffy! Bet he is a good companion!
Sure wish Google would play nice! It would not let me view your photos unless I granted it full access to all my photos! That’s why It would not work on older iPad! Grrr Nosey Google!
So happy you found a new friend.

So adorable! Does he get dirty pretty fast, being white and fluffy?

Barbie, he does get dirty fast, his whiteness gets a tad grey and of course his face gets dirty too with food and eye goobers. He hates getting his face washed but it has to be done. I keep his fur short on his face. He does however enjoy his baths so he gets bathed often. About once a month he gets a doggy spa day for trimming. He doesn't shed though so that's a plus. He's also good about wearing the Crocs to keep his feet from burning on the hot pavement.

Where did you find Crocs for dogs?? I have been trying to find some kind of workable dog shoes/sandals for my Big Joe for years - I won't say how much money I have spent on this hunt, but was a lot more than chump change.

Ava do you (or anyone) have suggestions for dog shoes/sandals that actually stay on and that your dog doesn't mind wearing?

Thanks.
