Today, Tina's Josef went Best of Breed at the AKC National Owner-Handled Series Finals! This is a big deal -- only the ten top dogs in each breed are invited to the finals. Then Josef went on to make the cut for the top 8 dogs in Sporting Group!

Doesn't Tina look happy? I also have to say that Tina did a wonderful job handling him -- if she tells you otherwise, don't believe her.

I had such a grand time watching them. Such excitement!

It was a wonder day for Josef, Cindy and I. Cindy is Josef's breeder and co-owner. I was so glad to see Louise and her friend Gail. It was extra neat to share the moment with friends that are lovers of all things dogs! The National AKC show is tomorrow and then we head back up the road so Cindy can make it back to her classroom Monday morning!
