I don't know much about Collies so wanted to ask, is that fuzzy grey look part of their baby coat? How much color change do you get with maturation?
Have you named your baby yet?

Velda, yes that gray is puppy fuzz. The father of these pups is a sable and white like Lassie. The mother is what is called a tri color collie. Her coat is black with white and tan markings on their face and legs. So those pups are called tri factored sables. The gray fuzz will turn dark and the full grown dog wil have a mahogany shade of coat. They call them mahogany sable at that point.
Gingerk, her name will be Molly. And with all the the pups in the crate, I have no idea which one she is.
