Zeee's New Baby - Sugar

Here is Barb's surprise for today. She fell in love with this beautiful bird yesterday. Had to go back and get her today. She is not sure how she is going to spell the name yet. I have her on iPad right now and wanted to share her new baby



Sugar is just 4 months old and already has a vocabulary of several words.

I remember the years I raised birds, and seeing that sweetie makes me just wanna reach out and scritch his/her little head

Dawn you got us...she's a trip..although coming home and getting her into the house and in her cage. Wow!!!!!!! But it took about a few hours for her to calm down and of course my big kids had to be show offs and go right up to her cage and WOOF. Yeah made her feel right at home..

She is an absolute doll. And she's just 4 mos and of course the teenager will pop out eventually and hopefully I won't spoil her. Cause she's easy too. Now I understand why they are called the Velcro Birds.

Her name is SHUGA. Pronounced "Suga". Like typical. "Give me some Suga".

Hubby already said, So this is to "my parrot"? And he laughed. Guess he knows. I'll share her the Three months I'm home. Hahaha

She is as soft as a cloud...psst like holding vapor. Amazing and boy she loves to cuddle. Right up my alley. LoL. Wonder if she'd tuck under cover hahaha

Ok, that's it for now have to work on getting this big cage to go together right.

Oh my gosh, Shuga, is gorgeous! Is she a sulphate cockatoo? When I lived in Australia, huge flocks of them would land in a big gum tree in my backyard and hollar and hollar at each other. Shuga is one lucky bird to have been adopted by you Zee! Give her a cuddle from her Left Coast friends...and keep the pictures coming!
