Ava, reading and catching up on a lot of news I've missed... I looked at my Joe..and yes, it isn't fair..we want to have them forever..I am not good on this one either..I would always pray that God would take them in their sleep.. There is never the right time..cause we just don't want to let them go.. I pray that you will have that inner peace when the time is right.. Bandit will always be in your heart..Hold on to him and you'll feel that moment..
Dear friend I wish I could be there to help you..but you do know all of us are with you and have been there too...

Hugs to you and Bandit from Chewy, Sam and me. It's so hard but at least he has you to take care of him and you've given him a good life for so long that he wouldn't have had otherwise. That's all we are, are caretakers until they're called over the rainbow bridge and you've been a good one! And he knows that and trusts you to make the right decision for him.
