Our Fur-grandbaby, JoJo!!

The kids and grandkids went to Ocean City, MD for a week's vacation, so we are "puppy-sitting" our fur-grandbaby, JoJo....so as with any proud grandma I'm posting his photos here for you all to see.....He has everything to include a "bunny" to sleep with at night....lol.....all kidding aside, he is a very smart puppy and is quick to learn new stuff.....He's Black Lab, Border Collie, Newfoundland mix...and is aprox. 5 months old........

He loves to sleep in our bed...

Lori, he's so cute!! Of course I'm not partial to black "Labs" at all. In the winter I NEVER get cold - one on each side and I snuggle right in the middle.

Oh my gosh - it's a good thing I'm so many miles away, JoJo would have just "somehow" found his way into my rig and you might have never seen him again. Seriously, he is just beautiful. I hope he has the newfie friendliness - Tips was 1/2 newfie, remember, and made a believer out of me

Dang, he really is adorable - hope you enjoy the babysitting - and I bet it'll be hard to let him go home. (I hear Ernie now saying "No Lori, we are NOT getting a dog" LOL

Lol....Beth....I do believe that Tye and Ava would hunt you down if JoJo came up missing.....lol.....Tye (age 7) spent 15 minutes telling me all I just needed to know about how to take care of JoJo the other day.....making sure Grandma knew everything......lol....and Ava (age 18 mos.) can do anything to this pup, i.e. lay on him, look at his teeth, and sit on him, without any reaction from JoJo, ....lol.. and she says his name perfectly....lol....and HUGS, she loves to hug him...lol...it's so cute to see.......Ernie keeps telling me that he's a smart dog, but you are right,......He also keeps telling me not to get any ideas about getting a dog......so I live for my puppy fixes....lol........yeap, Karen, he does love to cuddle.....he also thinks he's a "lap dog"....lol....

Aw, the way he lets the kids all over him sounds like a newfie - Tips absolutely loved kids - all kids - until he was about 13 and couldn't handle them jumping on him anymore LOL - I guess age does that to dogs, too?
