Huge big deal. She went in, jumped up on her couch with just a bit of cookie encourage and didn't cry when I shut the door while I measured and cleaned. The AC fan was on and she didn't cower and hide from the noise. What a relief! I'm sure there's still a lot of negotiation to be done, but I'll take whatever success I get. Yay!
Yeah. Good job. She'll be fine now that she knows she is safe and it is her home on wheels. When we got the 5er last fall I had Tyler in there everyday. A little bit more each day. After a couple weeks I'd leave him alone for progressively longer periods of time. By our 1st trip he felt it was his home and didn't bark when we left him and guarded well Same thing with the new MH.
Same thing with my guys. I have gotten the used to the 5th wheel and MH a little at a time. They all consider it home, which is a good thing, since it is.
