Maggie seems to be fully recovered other than scars from her bites. Only yesterday I finally let her sniff noses with one of her friends here in the RV park. She was fine, wagging her tail. Thank you for all the concern. Maggie is so sweet and it broke my heart that she was hurt.

Good to hear and best to hear she hasn't let herself become afraid of her dog friends.

I am very glad Maggie is doing so much better and, as Beth said, thank goodness she is not afraid of her doggy friends now.

Glad to read Maggie is doing so well. I hope the attack dog is permanently banned from the dog park.

How is Maggie doing now?? I have a boxer and I know she is a big pup but I am always afraid of her getting attacked by a dog that may not like her for some reason. I am a very protective mom lol and she is a BIG baby soo that doesnt help. Hope she is feeling better...

So glad Maggie has healed up ... and she can tell her doggie friends great stories about those scars, "You shoulda seen the other guy ...."  My Annie got what-for from a bigger dog at the dog park the other day and I thought of Maggie. Glad she still wants to be friends with other dogs.

She has been fine with all her old friends but definitely does not like a German Shepard in the park. She has seen it twice since her ordeal and each time she wants to go tear it up. I think it reminds her of the attacker although that dog was much smaller than a shepard. Is your dog okay?

A standard poodle got quite aggressive with my little poodle Annie (snarling and lunging) at the dog park a couple of days ago. It was far beyond normal dominance-sorting behavior. Annie was in someone's arms when the standard poodle approached and got aggressive. \I know most of the dogs now, and when certain ones arrive, I'll just take her over to the "small dogs" section of the park. But I may speak to the residents who "run" the park. They have 86'd aggressive dogs in the past.
