Lilly Isabella

Postby womenwanderlust » Fri Sep 28, 2012 4:42 am

Don't you just love dogs. Every personality for each time in your life. My first dog was a Airedale. I really didn't know what I was getting into. She singlehandedly ate the entire compiled volumes of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. She was also a fierce bear dog and didn't back down. She and I went backpacking into the Yolo Boly wilderness area and Marble Mountains back when nobody knew where they are. She'd carry her backpack with all of her kibble for the week. Next came Sophie, a sophisticated standard Poodle. The way I got her was that I told my husband that I didn't care about the breed, he could pick it, but I got to pick the dog in the litter. She was a little lady, kind to our growing children and steadfast to the end. Big dogs just don't live long enough.
Let me introduce Lily Isabella Brown. She is the sweetest most intimate dog I've ever had. Well, see for yourself. She's a good sport, and likes to wear hats and coats and niteys. Lovely Lily

am sitting in a campground in Bandera Texas (visiting Sprinter) with Buddy (the big Lab) and Sophie (the little girl) laying in bed with me and its raining on the roof. Guess maybe its time to take a new picture with just Buddy, Sophie and me. Could life get any better and I NEVER get cold.
