We bought Paul's MH today. We are picking it up tomorrow. This is the one he really wanted. It started out at $19,950 when he first looked at it. It was just reduced to $14,950, so we knew we had better jump on it. He is so excited!

Dawn, He made a great find with this mh. It looks very well taken care of and has low miles, tandem axles, and even a w/d combo. They cost $1000 new.

I can't believe the price....what an absolute wonderful deal....and it looks well cared for....still can't believe the price...maybe things are just so much more expensive here in CA cause I really don't believe you could even hope to find such an RV for anywhere near what you paid for that.....no wonder he's excited....who wouldn't be....really happy for all of you....ENJOY!!!!!!!

And room for your extra craft stuff! Did you say yours didnt have a washer and dryer? If not, you'll have a place to do laundry!

Paul already said I could put some of my fabric in his storage. He can't take that back now! In an emergency, we could use his washer dryer too. He also said I could drive it in pasture for practice before I get mine. We'll see since he is going to hook up to Mom's house. We found out today what a pain it is opening and closing all the gates because of all the dogs!
It really was well cared for. It had been kept out of the weather by the people who owned it before it looks like. Inside is really nice for a rig that old.

What a fantastic buy that rig is! I love the looks of it, and the mileage is really low. Amazing savings from the first asking price! Can't wait 'til you get yours now!

Congrats to Paul. Perfect. What a great price. I have continued looking and the prices seem to be more negotiable as it gets close to Sept...end of summer.

Everything is falling into place. Will Paul be traveling to the same locations with you and your mom?

Linda,
Yes, we will be caravaning together.
The family that travels together, stays together. My other brother and his wife want to full time in a few years too, so then we will have 3 rigs traveling together.
