Veda, Thanks for the pics! And for numbering them - that way I know I saw them all. Lots of great ideas, and yep, hi tech is not necessary - nor is high bucks, to do lots of great creative things!

I use similar wire shelving in my cabinets. I had to search and search because they were mainly higher than I wanted. Then I found some that were expandable, and a good height, and I was in heaven!

I couldn't live without my microwave. Or my vent - but the vent one is because mine has a lot of other stuff on it. But I found your use of the spaces great. And if I ever replace my microwave it'll be with a convection/micro and then I'd be looking at removing my oven - and making that a real storage area.

Love the over countertop wire shelf - I'm gonna be thinking on that one a bit.

Again, some great ideas from you and your sis!
