Hey Alice if the interior looks as good as the outside,.... no need to re-do! That's a sharp looking rig! I'll be waiting to hear the latest chapter in your CW novel,... I really enjoy how you tell a story! keep it up and don't forget more pictures!

You GO girl!

it certainly is a sharp looking rig, so whats all the remodeling about? Would love to
know how you customized it just the way you wanted.

Alice, dare we ask for "before" pics before your "after" pics, pretty pretty please ???

And, I too, can't wait for your narrative to go with anything you say - I think you should keep all your writings - I do believe your unique way of writing would sell a book!

Hi AliceM,
Ya mean I'm not the only one who shows up the night before so I can have my hookup lol....we have done that plenty of times and also dealerships and Memorial weekend this year we were done with all the work in Utah and the shop was closed so we got permission to just stay the whole weekend with power & Water and did not have to worry about the crowed campgrounds..such a deal!

Actually shops like you coming in the night before so they can work on your RV first thing in the morning and you are already there.
Nice RV, yep we want to see the inside...we're just a tiny bit nosey....ok ok we are REALLY nosey lol

Your trips to the shop sound like mine. My motorhome spent the month of March in the shop for 3 minor repairs. I should have moved in, maybe they would have gotten in high gear.

Thank goodness I am 3 hours from a Camping World. I still have 2 big plastic containers of stuff that came out of my old camper when I went from a 27' to a 23'. I would like to have a rig as big as yours except I would be running over everything.

Alice, I can't wait to hear of your adventures from Camping World. Please also know you can call me to come bail you out of jail when the cops arrest you for skinny dipping. But then again if I have been at Fernies campfire you may not want me to come....hehe
I would love to see pics of the inside too!!!

Guess we all own at least the doors in Camping World - that's one of those places you go in for "just one thing" and come out with all kinds of stuff you didn't realized you NEEDED. At least the closest one to us is now 60 miles away. KInd of like the $100 stores - Costco or Sam's Club never get out for less. Very nice motorhome - love to see the inside.

DH and I got locked in the RV just the other day. We were pulling and shoving and finally got it open just short of swearing! A couple of screws were starting to come loose and jamming the lock! DH got out the screwdriver and got it fixed. I paniced because it wasn't the first time we could not get out of the RV!! The last time I shut the door I fell back on my butt on the floor with the door handle STILL in my hand!! :o ....jeez Louise that Spinich salad made me strong!!!
We could not get in or out the door!!! Thank goodness we have a small window next to my seat and I could open it and reach outside and open the door from the outside.

Now can you remember THING from the Adams Family? Out went my arm through the window each time to open the door!!! Shocked the crap out of anyone at the front door!! DH called to get a new handle and have it sent over the next day to the next campground we were suppose to be in. We waited and waited they screwed up the order and sent it ground instead of overnight. We finally got it the day we had to leave the campground and finally fixed it in Idaho at the Life On Wheels Conference last year and funny enough the same thing happened to Dennis Hill who owns Dick Reed's RV school now. He and Carol got locked in theirs the same time and same campground as us!! Boy we still laugh about that.

I have since realized my side window is a mini emergency window

What is it with RV door locks? I just had to replace mine - was getting harder and harder to get it open and my furkids would NOT like being locked in. Talk about expensive - Almost $200 with the service call but most was the actual cost of the lock. I am no longer agile enough to climb in and out windows and that would still leave my dogs inside. Not good!
